WeOffering a hearty style of ramen, hailing from Fukuoka.
Hakata Ramen’s version of tonkotsu comes with roasted pork belly and toppings like egg, scallions, ginger, and garlic. The restaurant in Quincy also offers a vegetarian ramen option, plus sushi, teriyaki and tempura dishes, and donburi (rice bowls), as well as sushi burritos and sushi burgers. The Boston Back Bay location, however, has a smaller menu, so stay tuned as to what might find its way onto the Waltham menu.
Hakata could open in Waltham in 2018.

Amazing soup base, well done noodles, and perfect pork chashu. Really surprised by this place, will definitely coming back!
Most authentic Hakata Ramen in Boston!! Tonkotsu is a must try! Everything we ordered was phenomenal. Nice staff, quick service, best location. Street parkings are available but limited. Accessible by T.
We had a tasty lunch here. The Spicy Miso ramen was very good; not oily and just the right amount of spicy. After trying various ramen places in Boston this is the one I like best. Theybare also very attentive and have good service.
